Refund policy


  • Return items within 14 days of receipt, unworn and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days of warehouse receipt
  • A confirmation email will be sent once refund is processed
  • Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Embroidery pieces are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
  • Items purchased at our Sample Sale are sold as seen and are non-returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
  • Any items that have been altered or modified in any way from original item specifications and condition will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.

UK Returns

  • Free returns and exchanges via our portal here
  • Keep your proof of postage until return is completed and confirmed
  • Exchanges are free - indicate desired size/style on the returns form

 

In-Store Returns

  • All WNU UK stores accepts in-person returns up to 14 days post purchases or delivery for in-store or online orders
  • Same-day processing for store returns
  • Do not mail returns to store address
  • Please note that if you made your purchase in-store, this can not be returned to our warehouse and will need to be returned at the store


International Returns

  • Return labels can be generated via our portal here
  • All international returns should clearly state the package is a return on the outside of the parcel, to avoid further duty charges when returning goods. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total, unless shipped via your own shipping methods.
  • Keep your proof of postage until return is completed and confirmed
  • Shipping, duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please note that WNU do not currently offer VAT refunds
  • Please note that international orders are not currently eligible for exchanges

 

International return shipping rates (dependent on postcode, country and pickup point):

  • EU: Up to €15
  • USA: Up to $20
  • Switzerland: CHF32
  • Australia: AU$20
  • Canada: CA$20

Instant Exchanges (UK only)

WNU offers exclusive UK Instant Exchanges for prompt replacements within 14 days of delivery.

By creating a return through our online portal, you may select the Instant Exchange service for either an alternative size or a new item. Once you have completed your selection, your instant exchange will be issued at our warehouse and we will send the new order out to you as soon as possible (Monday - Friday).

If the item is less or greater than the original item, a refund for the difference will be initiated or a prompt for further payment will be requested.

Please return the original order to the warehouse within 14 days of the Instant Exchange request. Failure to do so will result in the full charge of the exchange order being processed.

Please note that Instant Exchange requests are non-cancellable once submitted. All Instant Exchange orders will be shipped with standard Royal Mail shipping.

Please note, instant exchanges are subject to background checks. Instant exchanges may not be eligible for multiple returned order customers.


Important Notes

  • Monogrammed/embroidery items cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Gifted items will be refunded to original payment method, or exchanged via gift return on our return portal
  • Report faulty items immediately upon delivery to hello@withnothingunderneaths.com
  • Late returns (after 14 days) will not be accepted

 

  • Damage from incorrect washing or wear and tear is not covered and will be returned back to the customer. (Wear and tear includes any items that are soiled, stained/marked or have perfume odours, have pulled/ snagged or bobbled fabrics).
